English Parsha Commentary

The weekly Torah portion flyer includes a commentary explaining how that week's portion teaches the importance of peace and what we must do to pursue it. It shows how the values of peace, human dignity, justice and freedom are found in the familiar words of our tradition that we read every week in synagogue. The English version is still at a start-up point, so check the Hebrew version for a full and updated list of commentaries.

The Hebrew version flyer is distributed every Shabbat in over 300 synagogues around Israel. If your synagogue doesn't receive our flyer, and you would like to distribute it, please email us with your name, address, phone number, and the number of copies you would like to receive. We are currently in need of Volunteers to translate our publications from Hebrew to English - such as our Parshat HaShavua sheet, articles from our journal, or other publications. This is so we can provide current material, via electronic mail for our supporters abroad, and post them on the web. We would like volunteers who can translate one article or parsha sheet every 6 to 8 weeks, please contact us if you can help.
